چکیده
This study aimed to clarify the stages of group supervision carried out in field clinical supervision. We used action research design study. Accordingly, we followed a cycle defining focus area, collecting data, analyzing and interpreting developing an plan. The participants consisted four graduate supervisees studying state university's Counseling Guidance Program Turkey. obtained data from observations, interviews, validation committee meetings reports, researcher's participants' journals. results revealed that 14-session supervision, which Discrimination Model was Participative Group Supervision format, stages: beginning, transition, working, termination. there were dynamics based on problem belonging trusting group, incompetence, uncertainty, anxiety first stage, beginning stage. showed second stage process transition defined this dissatisfaction, conflict, grouping, competition, resistance. results, third involved working at having sense trust focusing development, tending receive provide peer support. final termination dual feelings such as relaxation sadness, self-evaluation, individualization, dependence supervisor. supervisor exhibiting roles teacher, counselor, consultant ensuring participation could be functional coping with emerged process. Furthermore, clarified method.

Clinical supervision (CS) has been found to be beneficial in the role development of nurses and can contribute to increased job satisfaction and reduced burnout. However, implementing CS can be resource intensive, and there are few accounts of it being implemented in developing countries. Ten psychiatric nurses in Trinidad engaged in an action research project over a 5-month period to develop, ...

Restorative clinical supervision has been delivered to over 2,500 professionals and has shown to be highly effective in reducing burnout, stress and increasing compassion satisfaction. Demand for the programme has shown that a sustainable model of implementation is needed for organisations who may not be able to invest in continued individual sessions. Following the initial six sessions, group ...
متن کاملMetamorphoses Through Lie Group Action
We formally analyze a computational problem which has important applications in image understanding and shape analysis. The problem can be summarized as follows. Starting from a group action on a Riemannian manifold M , we introduce a modification of the metric by partly expressing displacements on M as an effect of the action of some group element. The study of this new structure relates to ev...
متن کاملVisualizing Group II Intron Catalysis through the Stages of Splicing
Group II introns are self-splicing ribozymes that share a reaction mechanism and a common ancestor with the eukaryotic spliceosome, thereby providing a model system for understanding the chemistry of pre-mRNA splicing. Here we report 14 crystal structures of a group II intron at different stages of catalysis. We provide a detailed mechanism for the first step of splicing, we describe a reversib...
